• Preparing your cacao

✦ Preparing cacao in a blender is a quick and easy method. (If you don't have a blender, you can also use a whisk and blend cacao in the pot where you heated the liquid.)

Preparation: add hot water or herbal milk and spices (for example: cardamom, mucuna, vanilla, cinnamon, chilli) and ceremonially chop the cacao in a blender.
Add a spoonful of honey if you like sweet cacao .

Blend for 10 seconds and pour the frothy cacao into a cup and enjoy༄

✦ If you want to cook the cacao over a live fire, start by heating the spices and vegetable milk or water to 70 'c. Once the spices, sweetener and milk are blended, turn off the heat and add the fine cacao chips and whisk until smooth. If you are using honey as a sweetener, add it to the cup first, as honey does not like temperatures above 40 'c. If you are using honey as a sweetener, add it to the cup.

    ✦ Dosage:
Daily amount for meditation per 200 ml of liquid 10-25 gr
Amount for ceremony average 20 gr, hard 35-45 gr
For children 10 gr is enough.

  • Making Ceremonial Chocolate Truffles

The best cacao varieties for this purpose are RITUAL or RAW.

For natural sweetness, try coconut palm sugar or create a small honey “window” inside the cacao before sealing it with melted chocolate.

For spices, try vanilla and cardamom, for example - be playful with your favourite spices!

    Preparation:

Finely chop the cacao and melt it in a pot over a pot of water. You can also add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil per 100g of cacao butter. Add coconut sugar and spices of your choice to the melted cacao.

When the mixture is evenly melted, pour into the moulds. Place in the fridge to set. Take the chocolate chips out of the mould, serve and enjoy with friends.
It is a good idea to store the ceremonial cacao muffins in a sealed box in the fridge.

✦ Maximum recommended daily amount for adults 60 grams.
