Making Ceremonial Chocolate Truffles

Making Ceremonial Chocolate Truffles

Meeleolu tõstev ja keha toitev nauding: tooršokolaad

Where to Begin?

Start by carefully selecting high-quality raw cacao along with your favorite complementary ingredients—spices, nuts, raisins, and other delightful add-ins.

For natural sweetness, try coconut palm sugar or create a small honey “window” inside the cacao before sealing it with melted chocolate.

Explore spices like vanilla and cardamom, and feel free to play creatively with your favorite flavors to craft a uniquely delicious experience.

Preparation Steps:

1. Finely chop the raw cacao and gently melt it using a double boiler (water bath).
2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil per 100g of cacao to keep the texture smooth and prevent clumping.
3. Add coconut palm sugar and your chosen spices. For an extra special touch,  food grade essential oils such as orange or peppermint perfectly enhance raw chocolate’s rich flavor.

Important: When sweetening with honey, keep the cacao mixture below 40°C to preserve honey’s natural enzymes and health benefits.

4. Once the mixture is smooth and fully melted, carefully pour it into molds.
5. Place the molds in the fridge to set and harden.

6. After solidifying, gently pop the chocolates out, serve, and share this nourishing treat with friends and loved ones.
To maintain freshness, store your ceremonial cacao chocolates in a sealed container inside the refrigerator.

Dosing: Maximum recommended daily intake for adults 60 grams.▐ Dosage.
