    ▸ Making cacao in blender is a quick and easy method (if you don't have a blender, you can also use a milk frother or a whisk to blend cacao until frothy).

    Preparation: add hot water or herbal milk and your choice of spices (e.g. cardamom, mucuna, vanilla, cinnamon, chilli) and chopped ceremonial grade cacao in a blender.
    Add a spoonful of honey if you like sweet cacao .

    Blend for 10 seconds and pour the frothy cacao into a cup and enjoy༄

    ▸ If you want to cook the cocoa over an open fire, start by heating the spices and vegetable milk or water, avoiding temperatures above 70 'c.

    Once the spices, sweetener and milk are combined, turn off the heat and add the fine cacao nibs and whisk until smooth. If you are using honey as a sweetener, add it only to the cup, as honey does not want to come into contact with temperatures above 40 'c.'

    Dosage:
    Daily amount for meditation 200 ML of liquid 10-25 gr
    Amount for ceremony average 20 gr, hard 35-45 gr
    Sufficient for children 10 gr.
